Shipping
We strive to get tasty coffee out to you as quickly as possible. We utilize the USPS for all of our shipments.
All orders receive tracking information. We do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package at your door, in your mailbox, or elsewhere they deem appropriate.
United States
Single Orders
All single orders shipped to an address in the United States and its territories (anywhere the USPS considers "domestic") ship free on orders of $49.00 or more. Orders under $49.00 ship with a flat-rate $5.00 shipping fee.
Subscription Orders
First-time and subsequent auto-generated subscription orders ship free within the United States and its territories.
Shipping Services
- First Class Mail or Package for orders under 1 LB (1-4 days)
- Priority Mail for orders over 1 LB (1-3 days)
*add 1 day for AK and HI, 2 days for the territories except Guam, and 3 days for Guam
Shipping Schedule
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. There are rare occasions where we'll need an extra day. 5LB bags may need up to 2 extra business days to roast and ship, depending on volume and which coffee is ordered.
Regarding the temporary rate increase from the USPS for the holiday season: The United States Postal Service is raising rates temporarily over the holiday season (October 18 - December 27). We've done the math and we're happy to absorb the increased cost over the holidays.
Canada
All orders shipped to an address in all 13 provinces of Canada ship based on weight:

Please Note: Shipping to Canada is not covered under any "free shipping" promotions unless explicitly states.
Shipping Schedule
All orders are shipped using USPS Simple Export Rate. Depending on the speed in which customs is processing shipments and the destination city/province, shipping time can be anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.
Returns
